When were you established?


European American Bakery Cafe opened originally as a store front bakery on September 22, 1977. 



Do you offer franchises for your restaurant?


We are excited to share that we are currently in the process of completing all of our required legal documents so that we may offer franchising of EA BAKE restaurants. If you are interested in learning more, should franchises become available, you may email us with your inquiry. We will contact you if and when they become available. Look for our website eabake.com/franchising coming soon!



Do you accept reservations?


We currently accept reservations for parties of 10 or more during the weekdays, when space is available. Reservations are subject to additional date and time restrictions. There may be a small wait time of up to 15 minutes to prepare your table. All parties must be present within 5 minutes of seating. 


For parties of up to 24, we can set aside our Champagne Room, if available, during the weekday mornings until 11:00 am. A minimum menu spend is required.



What is your delivery area?


EA BAKE delivery area covers about a 4 mile radius. Third party delivery companies may have a larger area. Catering orders have a larger delivery area of 10 miles from each location.



I ordered this morning for an 11:30 am delivery, why was it delivered at 11:45?


Due to the nature of ordering off our bakery cafe menu, we cannot guarantee a delivery time. We start making your food when you place your order and/or based on the time selected. Please allow 60-90 minutes for your order to arrive. If you requested a certain time, then your order will most likely be delivered closer to that time, however, your delivery may be shared with other orders and it is generally delivered in the most efficient way possible. Your food should always arrive hot and ready to enjoy.


We recommend ordering from our catering menu if you are feeding a group of 10 or more and you want to ensure a specific delivery time. With catering your meal is known ahead of time and the menu items are specifically created for this type of delivery.



What if my third party delivery order was incorrect?


We apologize for the inconvenience. We hold all our partners to the same high EABake standards. Third party deliveries such as UberEATS and Door Dash are the responsibility of our delivery partners. If your order was late or not correct, please contact them directly. They should be able to assist you or issue a refund. However, if you still want your food, you may be required to reorder again.



Can I get a copy of my receipt?


You can request a copy of your receipt on our contact page. Please include the last 4 digits of your credit card number and/or your order number. Please specify if this was a cafe or catering purchase.



What is the difference between ordering from your cafe menu versus ordering from your catering menu?


Our catering menu is meant to serve large groups of 10 or more in a more structured setting such as a meeting. Catering menu items are prepared and packaged to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition and ready to serve. Common types of catering are business meetings, client presentations, open houses, baby showers and sports meals. Catering deliveries also arrive within a specific window time frame of 15 minutes. This allows you to plan your event accordingly.

How do i join BakeRewards?


You can join on our Rewards page or when you place your order online or through the EABake app and register.



How do I earn points?


Once registered, use your account to order online or through the EABake app, and your points are automatically added every time your order qualifies. If you are eating in, give your server your phone number that you used to join, or scan your code on the EABake app at check out.


If you didn't use your rewards account at the time of purchase, we may be able to add your points, as long as your purchase was within 30 days. We will need your name, phone number and email address that you used when you enrolled, and your date of purchase.



How do I earn points and redeem rewards?


You can currently earn 5 points for every $5 spent on qualifying items. There is a minimum purchase of $5 and a 25 point maximum, per purchase/per day. Additional points may be earned throughout the year. 


Rewards automatically appear on your online account and on the EABake app. You will also get an email reminder each time you earned a reward. Choose any of the available rewards you would like to use during check online or on your app. If you are eating in, let your server know you would like to use your available reward.


Rewards must be used in full at time of purchase and have no cash value, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.



Do rewards expire?


Bake Rewards expire 60 days from earning your reward. Birthday Rewards expire 30 days from the date of your birthday. Expired rewards cannot be redeemed.

How do I view my balance?


Go to the Gift Card page and choose the Check Balance link.



Can I get a refund on gift cards?


All gift card sales are final. No refunds or cash back is given.



Do gift cards expire?


All gift cards that are purchased in-store or online do not expire. Any bonus cards or cards given as a donation or other reasons may have an expiration of one year from date issued.
